Creating infrastructure for relational capability at scale
ABOUT ONENESS UP
Rooted in London and now thriving in Warsaw, Oneness UP helps organisations strengthen their ability to work as a cohesive “we” in an era of rapid technological and organisational change. Our name stands for Uniting People and reflects a simple insight. When relational foundations are strong, people perform better, adapt faster, and are more likely to stay.
Today, hybrid work, digital communication, and the growing role of AI have transformed how work gets done and how decisions are made. While these shifts increase efficiency, they also reduce everyday opportunities to build trust, shared understanding, and the human judgment needed to work well with intelligent systems. Many organisations feel the impact through slower collaboration, rising tension, and declining engagement, even when strategy and talent are strong. This creates a growing gap between investment, execution, and business results.
Oneness UP supports organisations in rebuilding these relational foundations at scale. We combine research, diagnostics, and interactive learning to develop relational unity skills that strengthen collaboration, reduce friction, and support sustainable performance and wellbeing. This enables teams to align more easily, navigate change more effectively, and remain connected in increasingly mediated work environments.
Our flagship program, Relational OS™, provides a structured, research-based approach to embedding relational capability into everyday ways of working. Through practical tools, shared language, and measurable outcomes, we help organisations create environments where people engage, grow together, and stay.

Iga Pilewska
Founder & CEO
I’m Iga Pilewska, and I’ve spent over a decade exploring what makes work meaningful and teams thrive. Early in the pandemic, as organisations shifted to remote work, I observed a growing and under-addressed risk. Teams without strong relational skills struggled, while those that could connect, empathise, and collaborate even at a distance thrived. That moment made me realise that human connection isn’t a “nice-to-have” in the workplace. It is mission-critical.
Through my work as a sociologist and former Gartner Future of Work Research Lead for Europe, I studied how relational dynamics impact engagement, wellbeing, and retention across global teams. From my experience the most resilient, high-performing teams share a common trait: relational unity. It is the ability to feel and act as a cohesive “we”, to understand, trust, and support each other, and it is a skill that can be developed and strengthened. I have shared these insights in public talks and expert forums including AmCham, CIPD, and Polish government-led initiatives.
I founded Oneness UP to help organisations bring that skill to life. Our mission is to transform disconnected workplaces into environments where people feel a genuine sense of belonging, collaboration flourishes, and both individuals and organisations thrive. Every workshop, diagnostic, and consultation we offer is grounded in research but driven by a simple belief: when people connect, everything else follows.
André Rolina
VP Growth
I’m André Rolina, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of high-stakes business strategy and the evolving digital landscape. At Gartner, I worked closely with C-level executives and saw firsthand how often organisations struggle to translate mission-critical goals into effective execution. The companies that scaled most successfully were not simply those with the best tools, but those that could turn complex data into clear, actionable growth strategies.
As a Client Executive and Director at Gartner, I specialised in identifying organisational bottlenecks and aligning technical solutions with long-term business objectives. This work reinforced a core belief: sustainable growth is not accidental. It is the result of rigorous insight, disciplined decision-making, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and executive priorities.

Today, as VP Growth at Oneness UP, I bring this perspective to a different but equally critical challenge: helping organisations strengthen the human systems that sit beneath strategy and technology. I focus on translating mission-critical priorities into relational capabilities that build trust, alignment, and collaboration at scale, ensuring that investments in human connection deliver measurable impact on productivity, retention, and long-term resilience.

Today’s performance challenges are increasingly relational, not technical.
Organisations can invest heavily in strategy, technology, and skills, yet still underperform when trust, collaboration, and shared identity weaken. Hybrid work, AI-enabled workflows, and digital communication reduce friction in execution, but they also reduce the informal human interactions that once sustained alignment and cohesion. Employees stay busy, but feel less connected. Teams operate, but struggle to adapt, innovate, and resolve tension constructively.
When relational unity breaks down, the cost shows up in slower decision-making, rising conflict, declining engagement, higher attrition, and potential legal disputes.

Common Strategies Are Insufficient
Companies often rely on the strategies below
Return-to-office policies
Working in front of a screen weakens bonds with colleagues, even in the same office. There is evidence saying five days in the office or just two days in the office makes no difference when it comes to level of loneliness.
Fun activities outside of work
Fun activities outside of work tend to solidify pre-existing social groups in the workplace. Research suggests people at a mixer tend to spend time talking to the few other people they already know well.
Psychological support programs
Wellbeing programs show commitment but don’t always improve workplace relationships. Recent study found no mental health difference between participants and non-participants.
We need a new infrastructure for relational capabilities
In a world of technology-driven, hybrid work, traditional ways of building relationships are no longer enough. Organisations need systems that develop relational skills at scale, strengthening collaboration, trust, and engagement to achieve their goals. Testimonials
Iga is a natural connector. Whether she's facilitating discussions on communication and belonging in a hybrid workplace, coordinating in-office days and activities, or promoting overall team wellness and fun, Iga finds creative and thoughtful ways to bring people together for healthier mind, body and spirit. She is results-focused, works well on a team, and is an original thinker on how to engage individuals and groups towards common goals. Importantly, Iga is also not afraid to try new things, experiment, and learn by doing, which leads to better and faster outcomes.

I had the opportunity to work with Andre during my tenure at Autodoc, where he was our Client Executive at Gartner. What stood out immediately was his strong commitment to client success. He took the time to understand our needs and challenges and regularly proposed relevant solutions in a proactive and pragmatic way. His solid grasp of Gartner’s offerings and his ability to align them with our priorities helped sustain the value of the partnership. As a senior HR leader navigating a period of significant transformation, I appreciated Andre’s ability to stay focused on delivering value in a fast-changing environment. A trusted partner throughout. I would gladly work with him again.

Iga's skills in leading client interviews enabled her to successful identify progressive solutions for us to anchor around, and her knowledge expertise in where the future of work is headed ensured the insights we provided were both actionable and achievable for clients of all maturity levels. On what was a particularly challenging topic with little existing research (as is any research project we tackle on the Future of Work team), Iga's leadership skills fostered an environment of learning, strategic planning and critical thinking skills. Additionally, she created an inclusive and supportive environment that was pivotal in maintaining the team's engagement and morale over the many months we worked on this one project together.

Andre was our Gartner client partner across 2022 for an important piece of market analysis work - we found him to be incredibly diligent, very proactive and highly knowledgeable. His ability to provide valuable insight and guidance into the Gartner reports being built was a significant help to the team. Andre also displayed excellent capabilities in terms of advising us on how best to digest the results of the analysis - always focusing on utilizing information to add value. I highly recommend Andre as a client partner, and we are very grateful for his continued time and efforts this year.
