We begin by understanding employees’s current state of connection through surveys and in-depth interviews. These insights help us tailor the experience and ensure psychological safety from the start. The in-depth interviews also allow participants to build trust with the facilitator before workshops begin.
Workshops
Our workshops are grounded in real-world application, not just theory. We teach employees practical relational skills, like talking about emotions at work, fostering togetherness in teams, and giving meaningful feedback. Each session builds connection and includes a toolkit that can be applied immediately in daily work.
